Get the security of a buckle!! The palm piece has a leather wrist band sewn onto the grip. The dowel is glued and sewn onto the grip. Bailie - setting the standard! Made in the U.S.A.

Be sure grips fit properly before using!

Make sure to:
Read the instructions enclosed with your grips.
Check with your coach about correct sizing prior to ordering.
Use sandpaper to lightly sand the lower portion of the finger hole to enlarge the
hole, if needed.
Do not interchange grips between different apparatus.
Do not share your grips with other gymnasts.
Do not pull or cut the finger holes – use sand paper to enlarge the hole.
Do not soak the grips in water!

A backup pair of grips is always suggested so you will always have a spare set which have been broken in.
