Due to the high number of orders we receive,
and to keep our prices low for you, unless item is noted as "same day
shipping available", our estimated time for shipping is 1 - 6 weeks.
Most orders are processed and delivered within 2 weeks.
This allows us to offer you new current, hot styles/items at
well below-retail prices!

So that you don't have to wait on entire orders, we ship items as they are available.
If you order same day shipping and catalogue items, we will mail your in stock items immediately,
and then follow with a shipment of your catalogue/back order items.

RETURN POLICY
The following policy is adopted to keep our prices super low for you!
THE
RETURN POLICY IS AMENDED FOR CHRISTMAS GIVING!!! YOU MAY RETURN YOUR
PURCHASES FOR EXCHANGE BY JANUARY 15, 2010, NO MATTER THE DATE OF
PURCHASE!
Returns due to manufacturer's defect
allowed within 14 days.
Item will be exchanged for same item if possible.
If not possible, full credit for exchange, or full refund given.
Returns for any other reason
will be accepted within 14 days for exchange only.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Unlike some other retailers, we do NOT charge a restocking fee.
Shipping of the exchange item(s) will be
at the lowest possible cost.
Gym shoes, bras, briefs, grips, wristsavers, custom ordered leotards, and team orders are not returnable.
All items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all
tags and scrunchie (if applicable) attached.
We are sure you will understand that this policy helps us offer you low
prices on new, 1st quality, current style items!
How To Make A Return:

that you are sending a return/exchange.

the item number/size of the item(s) you are returning, and the item
number/size/color of the item(s) you would like to exchange it for.
This helps speed up the exchange time for you.
