DELIVERY INFORMATION
All merchandise (except as described below *) is in stock and ships within 24 - 48 hours of order placement,
with the exception of weekends, legal holidays, and store closings.

SPLIT SHIPPING
US: Due to major increases in shipping rates by USPS, UPS, and FedEx, orders
with both in stock and non in stock items will ship complete in one shipment.
If you would like to pay for split shipping in order to get your in-stock items
right away, please type "split ship" in the comment box when you
place your order or email us after you place your order. You will be charged an
additional $5.95 for the split shipment.
International:
We wait to ship orders complete. If you would like split shipping please type
"split ship" in the comment box when you place your order. We will
then send you an email with the cost for approval.
Miscellaneous
Lost
packages shipped to US addresses: Should your order not arrive to you within 2
weeks from your order date, please email us after the 2 weeks from the date
of your order so that we may check on your order. In order to allow time
for the package to be delivered to you, or returned to us, or an insurance
claim paid if applicable, any refund due will be made on a package still
showing "in transit" 90 days after the ship date.
Lost
packages shipped to international addresses: Due to the increased time
necessary for international shipments, please contact us if you do not have
your package within 45 days of the date your order was shipped. In order
to allow time for the package to be delivered to you, or returned to us, or an
insurance claim paid if applicable, any refund due will be made on a package
still showing "in transit" 90 days after the ship date.
